        Pretty nice and cosy little hotel in Boracay. Nestled in the Station 1 area, it is close to the hustle and bustle of the beach area but still offer peace and quietness as it's less than 5 minute walk to the beach. I couldn't even hear the loud marching band, however if you despise loud rooster then it might be a little problem as it would wake you up in the morning. The staffs are amazingly friendly and helpful. The receptionist even remember name and room number of each guess (from what I have noticed). When I first arrive it was almost midnight and the night reception was a man with long hair. I've read a complain about him here but found nothing wrong with him as he helped me to bring my suitcase to my room in the top floor. However that was the last time I saw him. Cleaning was done per request and only after you leave the room. This was extremely wonderful, as I didn't have to feel rushed to leave and have my room cleaned before housekeeping arrive. The reception will offer you beach towel and ask if you want your room cleaned as you leave the hotel.

        Disaster! 4* ? This is a 2* hotel at most, our room was very dirty, bugs, wings from flies on the floor, dead flies in the wardrobes. We asked for a refund to change the hotel in the first morning to move somewhere else, they denied and changed our room. Breakfast is also mediocre and everything is old in the building.

        Enjoyed my stay here. Stayed at the Grand Premier room located at the top/3rd floor. Less than 3 minutes walk to the beach (and I have short legs haha) Also, I was alone but since the room is good for two, they served me 2 breakfast meals every morning which is great.

        Why not 5 Stars? The guy on Reception with the long hair wasn’t helpful at all. He avoids helping me and my friends. One instance was I called the front desk for a pitcher of water but he told me there wasn’t any available pitcher. Instead of him fetching the pitcher I came downstairs. But as I was coming towards him he proceeded to do a different task. He also didn’t clean the cup’s that we used from one night, we found it in the same spot where we left it at the lobby. He wasn’t helpful at all. Sad this was the only bad experience we had at the hotel. Why it was great? It was a nice and cheap hotel to stay at in Boracay. It’s a walking distance to the beachfront. The LADY who welcomed us during our check in was very nice and welcoming. She was very helpful regarding our needs. Her energy was good and she even had to pause from her break just to help us. What a lovely lady. Also there was ate Ruby who was very accommodating. She was very easy to interact with. She even suggested places to visit. And all the other male staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast was really good. My friends enjoyed the place because of these reasons.

        We had a really nice stay at this cute little place! The staff is absolutely amazing. They helped my fiancé with the preparation of his proposal 💍😍 The location is perfect, just a 2 min walk to the beach and some really nice restaurants. I highly recommend this place.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
