Absolutely beautiful hotel! Our room has a simply fabulous view of Victoria Harbor which we are enjoying right now. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. We have been especially impressed with how professional, knowledgeable and accommodating Bruce has been. We just arrived today and already wish we could stay longer than 3 days!

This is my most enjoyable hotel in Hong Kong. All of their staffs were so friendly and approachable. Also replied very promptly in emails. Location is good quite near to mtr. Many food eateries around . However they are closed quite early. Their room fabulous, spacious and clean . Water heater is strong and constantly. Room is well lit and clean. Airport bus stop is just a foot throw away . Definitely will come back for the next stay

We stayed at the hotel from Dec 11-14, 2023, three nights. We are very happy to made the right decision. Hotel rooms are infamously small in Hong Kong, but the room we got is spacious and has a fantastic ocean view, facing the port. The hotel service was impeccable. My son told me that he thought that One-Eight-One Hotel was better than the other two five-star hotels in Mainland China he stayed during our trip to Hong Kong and China.

This is the best hotel I have stayed so far. I think it is better than the SG hotels. The toilet itself has a smaller TV, which I turn on and watch while soaking myself in the bathtub. They provide bath salt for free to scrub your body. They gave complimentary drinks, cup noodles and chips for my welcome stay. The best part is the prices are pretty reasonable for a room with sea view! I think in SG the cost will be a bomb for this type of room. If I could go back to stay, I would! Overall: ☆☆☆☆☆☆

Wow… where should I begin? From the first second we arrived in pouring rain and the bell service staff ran out to help us with our luggage, to my nightly requests of ice delivery to our room - super fast service, never more than a few minutes - to helping us getting a taxicab (never had to wait for more than 5 minutes), Hotel 181 raised the bar of hospitality and always surpass my expectations. The room we had - wow, the view - is super clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s got free self service laundry and is super close to ANYWHERE in the city with multiple options for transportation within walking distance. They also run a free shuttle every morning to IFC and Admiralty. Even the housekeeping staff is helpful and friendly - I have never seen such friendly staff in my 50+ years of staying in hotels. The price is WAY reasonable to what we get. (We stayed recently in a Hilton by Boston Harbor at HK$3,000 a night and got way less service.) Hotel 181’s service is at such high level that I’m considering coming back to Hong Kong for another visit soon. This place is in one word: IMPRESSIVE.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
