        I have lived at One Lakefront for over a year, and I could not be happier with my experience. The entire staff, from the front desk to maintenance, are beyond helpful and kind. Any questions are answered promptly with warmth and knowledge. I cannot imagine renting anywhere else in Seattle (especially considering One Lakefront's prime location on the water, a short walk from downtown). The building is in pristine condition, with modern amenities throughout. In particular, Amy and Hailey have been fabulous throughout my time at One Lakefront. They work around the clock to make sure everyone is taken care of. I am very thankful for them making this community feel like home!

        This place was phenomenal. I lived here for 3 years and cannot say enough good things about it. Lots of storage space in the walk-in closet, equally large amounts of cabinets in the kitchen. Great view of the downtown skyline, friendly and supportive staff at the front desk (Hailey, Aimee & Lauren) and maintenance (Dan, Stacy & Ikaika). Great walk ability to downtown & Fremont with multiple bus lines close by too. I had a Urban 1-Bedroom and as a single guy this place was perfect. Only reason I left was to have a closer commute to work.

        I have lived at One Lakefront for over 4 years, and I enjoy the beautiful view of Seattle from the rooftop and playing at the supper club room, using the conference room, the fireplace and its a very safe to place to live. About the staff, I appreciate, Laura the manager and Hailey, they are very kind and very helpful, Especially Stacy is so amazing with the maintenance, she is working very hard and fast and available anytime to troubleshoot building issues. Amy is so friendly with a big love of people and pets she always makes sure everyone is doing well. I am very blessed for them making this community feel like home and family!

        I have lived here for 3 years and it is one of the best rental places I have lived in so far. All of our issues are immediately addressed. Hailey is quick on responding to our queries and issues. Stacy has helped us in resolving multiple maintenance requests promptly.

        The building location is great and views are amazing! The amenities are always clean, gym is very well equipped and ventilated properly. We also love the paddle-board/kayak rentals, they're a super cool addition to the amenities and we put them to good use this summer! I'm very impressed by the Holland team, in particular Dylan, Haley, and Amy and the rest of the staff that manages this building. They're all very friendly and super responsive which is really rare compared to other buildings in Seattle. Dylan was incredibly helpful during the leasing process. He gave us a very thorough tour of the building, several units, and answered all of our questions. When we decided to stop by a second time to tour more units, he worked around our schedule and stayed late so we could stop by after work to visit additional units until we found what we wanted. In a few other occasions that I needed something (maintenance requests, checking on my car, etc.) he went above and beyond to help me out. I also love the positive and welcoming attitude of Haley and Amy. They always greet everyone with a lot of enthusiasm as they pass the front desk, strike up conversations, and make you feel special! They also organize a lot of awesome community events for the residents which are great to meet people and get to know your fellow neighbors. They make the place feel like home! I also haven't lost any packages since I moved in, thanks to the entire staff who does an outstanding job managing/handling the packages. The only negative as a few other residents have already mentioned in the reviews is the stomping noise when you walk around the unit. For us, it's not a big issue as our upstairs neighbor is not loud and doesn't bother us. But everyone's situation is different. Overall, I'm very impressed by the building and the staff. Keep up the great work!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel.           Modification and Reschedule Policy
