        The room is okay but the services are not okay such as laundry services ; it says duration hours from 8am - 6pm but when we brought up our dirty clothes to upstairs at 10.30am, it said closed and also the lack of workers at receptionists, it is only ONE worker to serve you

        I read the reviews on this hotel before decided to book, and fully agree with the good experiences shared by most of the reviewers. The room was spacious, clean and bright - that applies to the bathroom too. The hairdryer was not working, but was replaced immediately. Parking was easy as I was able to choose whether to park at the basement, which can accommodate up to 5 or 6 cars, or the open car park - probably due to the state election as not many cars there. The convenience store and pharmacy on the ground floor are definitely a plus point for the hotel. If you are driving, the road in front of the hotel will lead you directly to Komtar, which is 2 Km away, and you will find restaurants/coffee shops along the way.

        The room clean, quiet, spacious, easy cek in, we enjoy good nite sleep as it is quiet , love the white bed linen no stains, right beside convenient store & pharmacy, near hospitals & several eating places though not many but location good enough for us just take around rm 5-8 to gurney & hawkers nearby

        Stayed 1 night check in saturday -Standard Twin Room for 2 pax with breakfast set. Nice & Helpful staff~ Big room space & Quite environment & Security on lift compare to Neo+ Hotel Penang. Cool air-conditional + clean room I super like the hair dryer can dry hair within 5minutes!! Good taste the 1set of big breakfast with a cup of teh tarik (taste like 3in1 pack) + Good service staff. Travel by car is recommended to stay in this hotel.
