The service I received from the reception was so authentic and from the heart. Not the usual fake niceness that most reception provides. All the 3 staffs in the reception were outstanding in their authenticity of service most especially the lady. I managed to meet the lady who made my room and she was also very very nice, helpful and approachable. Overall service of the staffs in this hotel was excellent! Rooms are getting old and need some maintenance. There was a horrible smell in my room that won’t go. It is not the fault of the housekeeping as she even mopped the floor. My suggestion is they should open the windows of this room so the smell might finally go away. They can also use bleach when mopping thoroughly. Wifi works excellent all over the building! Ofcourse a perfect location and such a beautiful building that is old style. I give it 5 star. Various cafes restaurants and interesting places to see that can be reached by walking. Right beside Bilbao metro here in Madrid. Another downside is the noisy staffs from the restaurant inside talking all the time in different shifts when I passed by I hear them all the time. I think that is very unprofessional- too much talking with colleague during work hours and the other staff she was eating while working!

The location of the hotel is amazing. It's right next to a Metro stop and the neighborhood is full of great restaurants. We had a choice of places to go, plus the restaurant in the hotel. The entire staff at the hotel was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

Location, location. This is an excellent point to discover Madrid. Bilbao metro station is only meters away. Room a little bit small, but it was ok. Clean, easy and friendly personnel

It was an awful experience and not secure living. Robbery + inefficient team Firstly, my card was hacked via chat on booking com and the issue was not resolved and still is not. Next, after arrival we reported about it on the reception but the staff was incapable of resolving the issue. Next, the safe (safety box/locker) in the room did not work. We immediately reported about it to the reception but the worker couldn’t resolve it. As well as his colleague a bit later. Change of the room or repair/change of safe was not suggested either. Consequently, we have to store our documents, money and valuable things in our luggage. The next day I found out that a considerable sum is missed from the overall sum I had. So, I can claim that I was robbed in this hotel. We tried to reach the manager with the worker from the reception for several hours but no one was able to reach her/him. In the late evening we were forced to call the police. After a set of weird and suspicious actions from the hotel staff (we asked to call the police at the reception, they did and told they will come but did not clarify what time, so we went upstairs to our room in advance discussing with the reception that they will call our room when they will arrive, we waited more than an hour and called ourselves and they told us that the police came but they could not reach us: impossible as we were the whole time in the room; after it I tried to call the police myself from the reception phone but the girl working there did not allow me and talked herself. She told that the police will not come again, I didn’t believe her and asked her to call again and give me opportunity to speak, she didn’t give me the phone and called herself, after second call she told that the police will come). Moreover, we tried to call ourselves from the room phone 112 but it did not work), the police came (Policía Local) and told that the situation is out of their zone of responsibility and I need to contact Policía Nacional (upper level). In the morning I went to their department and made a protocol about the case. The police will made the investigation. During the check-out we paid the fee as it was stated in the booking. No compensation and even communication with management.

We had an issue at the hotel as we were robed and lost a big sum of money. The personnel was not willing to solve the case and check hotel’ cameras (said they were not working). What is more there was no manager when we stayed there. She promised to contact us on Monday, week passed no message!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
