Very bad experience : cold reception, bad room not corresponding to the photos on their website (very misleading for guests to book), bad facilities, noisy because of bad isolation of the door. Totally not worth the price

Everything about this hotel was perfect, while the rooms are tiny they are efficient and just as comfortable as any other large chain Hotel. The best part is is, it's eithin walking distance of absolutely everything

A beautiful place in the heart of Madrid night area. Artistic place with stylish rooms. Nice bathroom facilities in room. Massive TV that doubles as a mirror. No breakfast here but they provide coffee pods for some energy before facing the outside world.

Had a very bad experience with this hotel. Pictures are not the same as reality! Room has a small window, felt like sleeping in a bunker. Stuff was not helpful. I asked ahead about coffee machine but it was not in the room. No closet for unpacking clothes. Room was empty and cold without any design. I didn’t want to get back to the room every day. Not recommend at all!!! Cleaning was also lacking.

Excellent location in the heart of the city, with short walks to all the major museums, major squares, and of course great restaurants. The rooms are clean, the bathroom/shower suite spacious, and the quality-price ratio is good. We signed up for a Viatour tapas tour in the evening, which included much great cultural history from our bilingual tour guide. Such a great walking city -- take advantage of it!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
