The apartment is very nicely furnished with all amenities needed, especially the washer/dryer for clothes is very convenient. Staff is super helpful to make the stay pleasant, the housekeeping personal even remembered my coffee capsule preference. The location is very central with a short walk to LKF and several MTR stations. I would definitely stay again and chose this over a hotel room.

Good! Already stayed at 99Bonham previously (same chain, National Hotels) so wanted to try others. Good room sizing (for HK standards), apartment-like, bathroom with malin + goetz amenities, huge windows and comfy bed, washer/dryer, small kitchenette with microwave - perfect for a prolonged stay. There is a terrace on 36th floor and a lounge on the 1st with some refreshments and space to work. Location in perfect, 2 min walk to the MTR and 5 to mid-levels, ideal to move around the city. A lot of small shops and cafes around, so always an option to get a spontaneous dinner or drink. Overall, can only recommend.

Loved the stay here. No need for hotel atmosphere for me when traveling. This place has washer and dryer (one unit), which was nice to clean clothes before next part of trip. The cell phone they give you to use is very helpful when needing directions on the fly and free calls as well! The location is close to everything one needs (restaurants, shopping, etc). Taxis are cheap as well. One downside as mentioned is only one elevator. The maids use it throughout the day as well, so can wait a while for it to come. Overall though, not too bad. Would certainly stay again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic serviced accommodation. Very well placed for the ferry terminal and Sheung Wan station. Massive amount of space compared to hotels of a similar price in similar locations. We were very comfortable the whole time. Unbeknown to us until the last day, there is a snack lounge on the first floor and a rooftop with 270 degree views that everyone can access. Also, there is a gym in an adjacent building. All the staff (manager, reception, cleaning) were very nice, polite and helpful. Very few grumbles. One being that the single elevator could sometimes create long waits. Another being that there was not really any convenient space to put suitcases. Nearby conveniences include a nice Nepalese Restaurant, a McDonald's and a supermarket. Would definitely recommend!

Don't know what to expect when we booked this staycation as it is very close to Central. The neighbourhood of this hotel is quirky and fun. Checkin was very efficient and easy. We were pleasantly surprised that each floor only have one room. The view from the room is fab even when the hotel is in the middle of the city. The room is airy and spacious. The decoration is modern and the bathroom is mainly using marble. The amenities are nice. The towels they use are from Frette. There is a small kitchen and also a washing machine. Washing powder is provided. Absolutely loved this arrangement. Make sure you go up to the rooftop as the view from there is brilliant. There is also a lounge on the first floor where you.can get bottles of water, coffee or tea. Free WiFi / umbrella is provided for use while staying in the hotel. Would definitely come again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
