Wonderful stay at the Onich Hotel! We stayed in the Luxury Cabins and very much so enjoyed our stay. Can’t speak to the hotel inside, but the cabins were quaint, cozy, and a comfortable stay with a beautiful view. What made the entire experience even better was the hospitality and friendliness of the staff! Loved staying here. Thank you Onich Hotel!

Dated room not very pleasant to stay despite good views and fabulous setting however lovely staff very accommodating. Hotel stay could be a lot better even if it was cleaned properly which in my view can be achieved at a very low cost. Hotelier needs to know people won't pay good money to stay in a dirty and smelly room. It's a lovely setting so try and make most of it if you are lucky enough to have a hotel in such a beautiful place.

We had the best meal at this hotel last night! Compliments to the chef! The lovely staff were just so helpful and efficient and went out of their way to accommodate us!! Although we were not guests at the hotel we could still make a dinner reservation and were treated so warmly. Thank you!!

Had another accommodation fall through last minute - we came to The Onich Hotel and they were able to give us a room. They have a well lit parking lot, a restaurant on site with a fun games room and bar. We had a Loch View Room. The room had good heat, a nice shower and a great view. They’re price was great, the on-site restaurant was great and the buffet breakfast was amazing. All in all top tier service and a wonderful location. Highly recommend!!!

This was a very happy surprise! We found room here last-minute and it worked out really well for us. We managed to get a "pod" outside and the experience was wonderful. If it hadn't trained hard all night, we would have enjoyed and outdoor, semi-private, seaside respite. Since it did rain all night, we just stayed in the cabin and enjoyed the view. Dinner was available at the hotel and the portions were excellent. The mussel entré was a unique surprise and I enjoyed every moment of it. The dining room itself has an excellent view and ample window space. One downside is the road noise, but after dark, that tapers down significantly. If you don't want to stay right inside Fort William, then this place is an excellent option.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
