The rooms were somewhat small and looked out to inner courtyard (so no privacy). However the location is perfect if you are travelling by train. The hotel was visible from Atocha station which was great since I arrived late at night. The foods (both finner and breakfadt) were actually better than what I expected too. It was walkable to the main sites or so many buses were also available from the hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. The hotel is a beautifully designed and on excellent location, conveniently close to all the must-see attractions. The reception and restaurant staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely passionate about their roles. In particular, we were impressed by the restaurant manager and the lady handling the omelette station. The food was not only delicious but also served fresh and well presented. One delightful surprise was the homemade yogurt they offered. We had a fantastic experience overall

Very nice hotel directly across from Atocha Station! The staff is terrific! We knew the minute we walked into the lobby it was going to be a pleasant stay. The lobby, rooms, and rooftop restaurant, where we enjoyed a most excellent breakfast, are all modern, fun, and inviting. The team even gave a bag of travel accessories to each of our daughters, which they appreciated and enjoyed. We chose to stay here due to an early morning departure for the airport via the shuttle bus at Atocha and will make it a point to return the next time in Madrid. Well done and thank you for making our stay a great one!

Fantastic hotel close to sites and public transit. Stayed for business and the staff made the trip easy and pleasurable. They were attentive offered suggestions on what to do in the area and were always friendly and courteous. I was even given a welcome gift of a box of candies. The hotel is nicely updated great modern finishes, except in the hallways. The room was clean and comfortable. Great rainfall shower head that got nice and hot, with detachable spray attachment. The air system was quiet as well which was nice. The rooftop bar served some delicious tapas. I included breakfast and was glad I did. Nice selection of items and convenient.

We loved everything about this hotel, the staff were professional yet super friendly. The rooms were so cozy and warm, the communal areas were v relaxing. Great location too right by train station. Thank you for a great stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
