        Although the hotel is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, the rooms didn't have the best views even when paying a high price. Thankfully we were moved for better views however our new room didn't have any international adapters and the hotel could not provide any for us. It was a huge challenge to charge our phones and cameras and manager just kept telling us to buy an adapter even though we haven't needed one in any of the hotels during our entire stay in South Africa until Onomo Hotel. Was quite a damper on our stay. Breakfast was quite disappointing. Hardly any variation. Soggy scrambled eggs everyday, and fruit flies literally everywhere. The insects around the food at breakfast were a huge turn off for such an expensive hotel. Super unhygienic. Location and amenities in the room were okay besides the inconsistency in international adapters.

        Good location for business travel and only 330m from the CTICC. Close to bustling V&A and bohemian Long Street. The room renovations and use of space has been very cleverly done. Rooms are on the smaller side and my room did not have any closets. The views from my tiny balcony of the harbor were breath taking. The reception staff were very busy and the check-in system slow. Note that Foreshore is part of the city bowl and parking limited to the square behind the hotel and quite costly.

        We had a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly. Food was average. Rooms were clean but would be nice if bar fridges come standard. Complimentary soaps / body lotions etc would be a nice touch as there is only soap / shampoo combination. Another nice touch would be complimentary fruit basket and cookies or rusks with the tea and coffee provided in the rooms. Would recommend for a business stay , not a leisure holiday. Although very central don’t think area is safe for family’s to adventure and sightsee from. Walking around at night is a big no-no in that area. That certainly is not the hotels fault - sadly it’s a problem in the bigger cities of South Africa

        Great place with amazingly friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms on the 11th floor have a private balcony and the block out curtains work like a dream. The room is high-tech and very comfortable. Hotel has laundry facilities available, but you're required to pay per item. I would rather suggest taking any clothes around the corner to the laundromat where you pay per kg. There is an option for an complimentary breakfast upon booking, but lunch and dinner is also available. There is a great variety of food and drinks, take away options available.

        The hotel is situated near most entertainment places that you can walk to. The service is good but they can do better especially on breakfast time they don't check in time if they have to refill the bowls with food and they don't clean around the station, guest spill over food the next guest will find it and cycle repeat itself that is no hygienic.
