When we arrived, it was a bit busy and had a bumpy experience at first but THANKS to Kyle the Front Office Manager who fixed it and made our stay very comfortable. The staff at the bar, which is my favorite at any Hotel was nice and the bar lady (Akona) always had a smile on her face. All their staff were amazing from reception to restaurant. The pool area also beautiful. The outside is also very nice to chill, the family room is bigger than what was expected. The room was very clean and yes, I would like to visit again. Thank you, on behalf of my parents. Martin family!

Our room was perfect, however there was no 2 point plug and no adapter available. The shower head spray was all over the show, my hair got wet. But other than that which can be seen to, my experience was good, the bed was very comfortable. The aircon is not silent. We had drinks at the bar downstairs, and they didn't have shot glasses but we were happy with the improvisation in tiny wine glasses. Breakfast was decent. I would go back for the comfort and convenience of location. No view or clear window.

Friendly and efficient staff. We booked in on a Friday afternoon, settled in, and went to our favorite restaurant, Bukhara, for dinner, which is only a 2 minute walk. It's on Green Market Square, so don't expect it to be quiet. The hustle and bustle of all the vendors packing up on Friday evening and then back at 05h00am to set up of not earlier. I was both irritated with the clinging sounds of metal knocking against metal as they set up their gazebos and also utterly impressed by there set up at the break of day. We are early rises, so we were getting ready for breakfast. As you can see in the pictures, we sat outside, enjoying the early morning sun, surrounded by neighboring apartments. Rooms definitely need to be checked as they were either broken or moldy, especially in the bathroom Service from the staff was good. Ernest, Allan, and there was a security guard who assisted when we checked in was amazing. They were absolutely great. The downside to the place is the parking as you have to get your car parked away from the property which can be bothersome if you just need to step out ...which means the guys Allan or Ernest would have to bring your vehicle to the hotel again . The food from the restaurant looked good, but I threw up as soon I got up to the room. I think it was the coffee with the cream... Breakfast was good, and the view from the windows of the guys setting up at the market square was interesting, especially with the challenge of the wind. Challenges was that I kept asking for extra towels and never got them until we either went down to reception or had to phone. The shower glass was loose in the shower, so you have to be extra cautious. Opening the curtains meant no privacy, and one should think about screen guards We did check out early, not due to the issues but due to travel changes. It is a lovely place however I feel at that price of the rooms...it should be in good condition.

Nice 3-star hotel right on Greenmarket Square (site of daily African craft market) in the heart of downtown Cape Town. Good breakfast buffet included. Friendly staff. Bathroom had huge shower but little counter space; could have been designed better.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
