        Good location to the V&A Waterfront, access to the city and to miss the rush hour traffic that Cape Town is notorious for. Parking was on the whole easy to find on the street outside the hotel. The reception staff were efficient, friendly and happy to help. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet is well presented and the chef was happy to provide for those that are gluten intolerant. All in all I would recommend this establishment for a short or medium term stay.

        I had the misfortune of being given a small, 4th floor room with the tiniest window, approximately 30 cm x 30 cm. On top of it, there was no way of opening it. Now, I'm from Asia, and have seen my share of small hotel rooms during my travels, but this was by far the most claustrophobic. There was no ventilation. After sitting on the bed for 20 min or so, wondering how I was to get through the week, I started to feel physically ill. The problem was that my husband was there to attend a conference, but I had to live in that room for a week. I told myself: If Nelson Mandela could survive his cell in Robben Island for 18 years, I should be able to do this. But after another 5 min, I started to hyperventilate. Finally, I checked out from the hotel. While I'm generally easy going, I just couldn't stay here. This was the first time I felt compelled to forgo a reservation. The front staff and the restaurant were decent and I have no complaints there. From what I could see from the outside, there are 3 rooms on the 4th and 5th floors with these tiny windows. If you have claustrophobic tendencies, try to avoid those floors.

        I recently stayed with a colleague in two rooms at this establishment and encountered a significant security issue. Both rooms experienced credit card information theft. Upon reporting this to the management, the response was dismissive, with a refusal to believe staff involvement in these fraudulent transactions. This lack of concern for customer security and inadequate response highlights a serious lapse in customer service and safety protocols at this facility. DO NOT GO.

        Very nice hotel for the first or last night's in Cape Town, and you will want to marry the cook over the omelet at breakfast in the morning....

        Absolute pathetic reception!!!!!, I phoned 7 times in a row to confirm adress alocation of the hotel, the receptionists speaks sooo unclearly, had to ask everytime for a name and havr names like Kleany(?????) Just to be told to hold - 7 calls and 15 minutes later and still no answer, whilst I have to check in tonight 5 guests from a tour, sorry, but I dont have any good words for such a pathetic reception situation, it resulted that I cannot inform my guests regarding specific information my guests asked for.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
