Light was brownout when I used a bathroom. Room was just okay but I thought it could be better. Bed sheet and light was not so clean. Breakfast was too bored. There was no service for anything just checking in/out.

Everything was OK as others have said but you're only given 1 pillow that's so soft you feel like you can suffocate in it!😆 Then when we asked for 2 more pillows we were charged another 40 baht. Just not necessary. Staff were nice, most conveniences nearby. A great self service wash and dryer shop next door.

Very simple, clean, comfortable rooms. Good Aircon, firm beds, mini-kitchen with large fridge too. The breakfast was basic, but great. Nice hotel, pretty grounds and pool. Quiet and a short walk to the waterfront. No problems. I wish they would provide more than one tiny pillow per person. My only complaint. The staff are great. We had a problem with a terrible man who was a part of our group and he got too drunk and tried to start a fight. The reception woman handled it professionally and placated him while he threw a tantrum. We are grateful and apologetic to her, she was great in that situation.

One of the reception wasn’t friendly. Cleaner even more worse. Asked about what happen to the lift. Reply with “can’t take the stairs? lift always under maintenance today.” No sign was displayed near the lift. Only have at the ground floor. Toilet have small cockroaches.

Friendly staff. Clean room with full amenities. Breakfast includes delicious rice soup with huge shrimps, toast, coffee and tea. Free use of common kitchen with dining facilities.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
