        Customer service was great, very kind and informative and helpful. Recommend dinner as the presentation was amazing and food tasted great. The location is perfect as there is a beautiful view with also a corner shop and a bus stop next to it. The private pool was great and the hotel cats are super cute and friendly!

        The hotel is old tradional japanese style, both in decoration and rooms. It has public and private onsens which is a big plus. I only had dinner and it was delicious and more than enough not to sleep hungry. The most important feature is the service. The hosts were friendly to me and helped me with all my requests even when I was like "do not worry about it, it is ok", they still went above and beyond to find solutions and make sure I have the most perfect stay possible. Important note if you are coming by bus, make sure you get off at "Senkyoro-mae" bus station.

        The staff were all super friendly and welcome (including their lovely cat). Very good english speaking as well. The food was beautifully laid out and tasty ! The services were great, amazing onsens including private onsens and an overall very relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

        If I could give Mitake 10 stars I would! This stay was the highlight of my two week trip. The rooms were beautiful and simple, the onsen was inviting and relaxing. However if there’s two things to really highlight it’s the food and the staff. The dinner service is a must! I didn’t anticipate a gorgeous and fresh feast! The staff is truly some of the most kind, generous, hard working people I’ve ever met who clearly love what they do. They were incredibly patient with my friend and I, who speak little to no Japanese. Please consider staying here and appreciate the staff and their hard work! THANK YOU MITAKE!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
