Had a rooftop Onsen which was awesome to go to at night time since you could overlook Shinjuku skyline. The staff were also really helpful and helped us change into more suitable rooms during our stay. Coin washers/dryers on 3 different floors also came in handy.

I have been all over Japan many times and I would never stay here again. The hotel markets itself worldwide as a peaceful calm ryokan hotel in the bustling city . It is the total opposite. Hotel was full 3 days straight there are not enough lifts they always took way too long. Not even a hello or any eye contact from front desk directed to e-check in . Onsen crowded with foreigners unaware of how to bathe. Location wise not great either . They are too busy and too crowded. Rooms are on the smallish side for tokyo . Good view fron onsen at night but not enough to make up for these short comings. My advice for staying in Tokyo first time I would choose Asakusa area 2 great hotels there the gracery and the dormy nono

Great location, the design is fantastic, the room was super comfortable with good views. The experience of the rooftop onsen was incredible and very relaxing as it was empty when we arrived. The breakfast menu was the cherry on top to our trip before we said goodbye to Japan. (One of us asked voy a vegan option and it was changed without any problem, thank you!) We would repeat as guests.

Amazing hotel, one of the best places I've stayed in and a highlight of my trip. Exceptional value given how luxurious and fantastic the facilities are. The room was compact but cosy, very comfy beds and the shower was very good. Walking into the hotel always felt like an oasis of calm and was wonderful after the heat and business of Tokyo. The rooftop onsen was the highlight as well, the night time views were phenomenal. Good laundry facilities as well as an ice cold water dispenser and vending machine, 7 Eleven just across the road as well. About 10-15 min walk from Shinjuku station so fine for us but maybe something to consider when booking if mobility is an issue.

This is a beautifully presented hotel in a great location for walking around Shinjuku streets including bars and restaurants, and getting to the larger stations. The room is cosy and the beds were comfortable. The spa is lovely with great views over Tokyo. Onsen's are gender separated so it cannot be a romantic spa retreat. The smaller rooms don't have any storage so our bags were in the way. There is no bar in this hotel. Beautifully presented and a great location. Great for short stays!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
