        The room tatami floor was extremely poor hygiene as it cause my both leg to have MAJOR rashes and my friends have scalp and hair itchiness. The wifi was extremely weak too and they cant do anything to help. My worst stay in Japan. For the same room price I can get a much even better stay. Highly not recommend even if you would like to experience a tatami and Futon bed.

        Room was dusty, friend living together developed rashes after staying here. Wall edges along the room was dusty and uncleaned. Suspect both futon and tatami are dusty with mites. Toilet was tiny, about 50% larger than an airplane toilet. The slanted floor made using the toilet a very unstable affair. Would not recommend staying here.

        Worst option for people who decide to stay in a hotel. There is no reception over the day and night (only during check-in hours). During our stay Too much noise coming from other rooms (upstairs and next door) and nobody to complain about it. 1usb for all and it’s next to tv no near to the beds Wi-Fi never working also I sent them email and they tell me to go at another floor! Worst place that I have been before!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AM SURE THEY ARE CHEAPER AND BETTER

        The room tatami floor was extremely poor hygiene as it cause my both leg to have MAJOR rashes and my friends have scalp and hair itchiness. The wifi was extremely weak too and they cant do anything to help. My worst stay in Japan. For the same room price I can get a much even better stay.         Was doing some shopping at DAIMARU in Shinsaibashi & decided to book this place around 5:55pm December 31st, 2019. Stayed only one night to celebrate New Year’s. This Ryokan was just built in October so it’s really clean! The guy from reception called to make sure we would make & meet us outside. Nice place but for the price they should have parking. Also, they have hangers but nowhere to hang your jacket🤣 If you stay here & you plan on drinking bring your own cups. No mini fridge in the rooms either. Bath towels are too small but smelled really good. No pajamas for night time so don’t come here without packing an overnight bag. The water doesn’t drain in the tub while you shower or after you turn off the water. This place was extremely difficult to locate & couldn’t find using GOOGLE MAPS. AT LEAST THEY HAVE FREE WI-FI👍🏽

        The promo matterial is a bit misleading. This "hotel" or however it was presented, is more accurately just a "lodging facility" and not really a full service hotel. The interior and building is designed beautifully, but the bare bones service (read.. almost none, to none) should be noted. There's shampoo and body soap, toothbrush and towels, but pretty much nothing else. It's literally just a fancy looking apartment building. There really is no concept of soundproofing it seems. It might just be some kids upstairs, but it sounds like continuous pounding and explosions through the night.. like working in a mine shaft, not the other kind....

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
