AMAZING HOTEL! Firstly, it’s more of a 10min walk than 6min as per Google Maps to Kyoto station. But that’s okay! The exterior entrance is very welcoming, there’s a ramp to push your luggage up instead of carrying it over the stairs. When you walk in, they ask you to put your luggage over this cleaning device to wash the wheels and ask you to remove your shoes as the entire hotel is tatami floors. There is a shoe locker directly to your right. When checking in, I did have to pay a tax fee of ¥600-¥700. I wasn’t aware of this, but it was honestly not a big deal. There’s complimentary drinks at the reception and it’s pretty spacious. Receptionist explain the layout of the hotel and give you a pamphlet of everything they just said to you. The corridor to the rooms are is quite long. But the room is immaculate and extremely spacious compared to standard Japanese hotel rooms in Tokyo and Osaka. You have an entryway with the closet and sink plus a separate sliding door to the bedroom. They provide complimentary one water and pudding plus top & bottoms to wear while walking around the hotel and into the bath. I will definitely book this place again when I return!

Probably one of the best hotels we stayed in while in Japan. The staff was super nice and after you hit the multiple hot springs you get all the ice cream pops that you can eat. I loved the public bath part of the hotel. Such a unique cultural experience. The rooms were nice and had a traditional Japanese layout. They give you cult like clothes to wear to the bath house. So cool!

Stayed for 4 nights in January, fantastic location and great base for both movement around Kyoto and to nearby places. Onsen operated through the night which was a lovely relaxation when coming home after a day out. Great snacks too! Would definitely go back on a solo trip or with friends/family 🙂

A typical dormy inn except I'm not a fan of the shoe removal at the entrance. I'm kind of a clean freak and it bothers me that I'm walking in my socks on the floors where everyone is rolling around their nasty luggage. Also way too crowded, but maybe that is just because it's in Kyoto. Nice public baths and sauna,but way too many foreigners who don't observe bath etiquette. Saw a woman literally doing yoga and weird exercise moves in the bath and washing her face. Great location near Kyoto station though. May seem to be an interesting/novel place to stay for Japan first timers. +1 star back for the overly extravagant breakfast

They have many different kinds of hot springs with free drinks and popsicles and massaging chairs at the resting area. Their breakfast buffet is soooo good. You can easily walk to Kyoto station within 10 minutes. Would highly recommend this hot spring hotel to everyone visiting Kyoto!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
