Charming, comfortable and very well-equipped property conveniently located close to metro stations and other attractions. Staff were excellent, welcoming and very kind. I was impressed with how neat and tidy the rooms were. All very well kitted out. The Onsen facilities were very good (apparently not tattoo friendly, however I wore a sleeve to cover mine and had no issues) for both me and my partner. Clean, well-maintained with pools, sauna and cold plunge. Free ice-creams were offered post-onsen which I loved. The free Soba from 9:30pm and drinks was also a lovely and very welcome addition. All-in-all an excellent stay and very good value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our time here! The onsen is so relaxing and the complimentary ice lollies/ milk is a nice touch. The breakfast was good, traditional Japanese food. We stayed at the hotel one night and bought a few beers from the lawson on the street and enjoyed the hotels complimentary noodles... this was one of my favourite nights. Also we enjoyed the free laundry service. Super laid back place and felt really comfortable here. Staff are friendly and let us leave our luggage as check out was 10am. Bedrooms are lovely and bedding is soft. 5/5 experience!

One of the best hotel i have stayed during holiday. Very clean and no shoes inside the hotel. Breakfast is good, very nice soba for supper. Love the hot spring. Although not in a good location. But still worth to stay there. Only 1 station away from Osaka-Umeda station where there are lots of shopping centres.

Wonderful experience. All floors in the hotel are tatami floors, so you have to take out your shoes before entering. The rooms are lovely and in Japanese style. Everything is extremely clean and well kept. But the real highlight of this hotel is the amazing onsen on the last floor, free to use for all guests. Not to mention the free ice cream, the free massage chairs, and the free ramen at night. The location is quite good as well, close to the metro with which you can reach Dotonbori in a few minutes. We only stayed one night, but we'll be back for sure.

A little bit further away from main area but within 5 mins of a train station. This was my second time staying at this hotel chain and we continue to love it. Room was comfortable. Water pressure was nice and hot. You clean your luggage when you first check in and keep your shoes in the storage locker. You have to walk barefoot or with socks throughout the hotel. Small hotel Amenities and toiletries were provided daily. Great price and value! Free onsen. Ayce breakfast ($15USD). Free ramen and ice cream at night. 2 Free massage chairs. Onsen, ice cream, laundry, mangas - 13th floor Massage chair, free soba (9:30-11:30pm), cafeteria- 2nd floor Vending machines and microwave oven also available
