Location 4/5 Room size 0/5 Cleanliness 2/5 Service 3/5 Decor state 1/5 Good location, but unfortunately very very tired and small rooms. Service so far ok, but with a strong hint of the Basil Fawlty’s. cleanliness can be vastly improved. Unfortunately all of the hotel needs a complete make over. Overpriced for what you end up with.

The hotel is well situated but unfortunately in terrible shape. Our room was filthy, the carpet badly stained and the chairs heavily soiled. In its day it may have been a nice hotel, but years of neglect have left it quite unpleasant. We checked out early, however still had to pay (albeit at a discounted rate), 250 Euros. This hotel is not worth the price.

Hotel Opera was the perfect place to spend our vacation! The hotel is gorgeous and very conveniently located near historic Munich, we had no issues with getting everywhere we needed to go with perfect ease. Ashraf was the kindest and most attentive hotel staff member we’ve ever encountered. He even instructed the staff to leave flowers and chocolates outside of our door on my birthday with a hand written note. Talk about going above and beyond for your guest’s experience! I couldn’t recommend this hotel more 10/10!

Do not stay here Our room 43 was very run down, the sitting chairs are so worn out and dirty that you can’t sit in them. The white carpet was very dirty with stains and even a blood stain. We checked in late at night and had to move to a new hotel by 8:00am The hotel would not refund us for the next stay. This is a dive hotel should be a $75 motel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
