        Room is OK, but toilets could be better. Water at shower didn't flow to drainage properly. Service are good, almost excellent. But book early if you want to take shuttle services to and from south key Mall.

        The room is big enough. The bed is also good. House keeping also did a great job. The security guard and house keeping staff are very friendly and always greet u. The aircon is very gd and will blow towards the curtain near the window. The bed beside that window will be more cold. Things to note: When u shower, the water cannot enter into the drainage properly because the design is not slanting. If u did not put a towel on the floor, the water will flow out of the shower room. Overall the room is good enough as long u put a towel on the floor when u shower.

        First time staying at this hotel and found it very convenient with the shopping mall nearby and having free shuttle bus to the mall also but you have to make seat reservation first. The room was on the top floor. It has a comfortable bed and pillows. They also have another pillow in the closet if you think two is not enough. The bathroom is quite clean and did not experience any chokages in the shower drain. Will stay there again on the future.

        This hotel is one of the most valued hotel for its price, amenities, room and everything else. Although there can be hiccup for some room, most of the room are well maintained. The hotel room is huge in size. The soundproofing is good. Water pressure can be better but yes it is quite weak. Would prefer a normal shower head instead of a rain shower. TV is huge and comes with a LAN port for doing work. Highly recommended for business traveller! Only thing I will say is the shower should have. 1) a door and 2) a normal shower head. The security guard is very friendly! Thumbs up to all of them and the staff at the front desk is very helpful.

        It was my worst ever experience in staying a 4stars hotel. I’m wondering how could they under the category of being a 4star hotel. First the receptionist was not in competent with their work, after we pass our ID to them, she again asking us the same thing while the ID card has edy on her hand. Then without any explain on other just mentioned that our room number to us. Then bye. Okay. Then comes to the room, it’s worst! The toilet is full of mold and musky smell due to the blocking pipe for water outflow and it’s like a flood happened after shower!!! Til the other day morning, requesting the drinking water from receptionist again by call, first time they said they will ask the housekeeper to send us, after half an hour and no one at all, call again but no pick up from reception!!! Fine, call again and they said they check, and about 1.5 hours later, we still don’t get any drinking water from them. I wouldn’t recommend any friend or people to stay in this such hotel with such price. As they are not capable to have all the compliments.
