Good apartment for a family, the kitchen and living room area were quite spacious. Check in/ out was very easy via a lock box. Good location, very close to train station, but can be a little noisy as it’s a busy street. The rooms are cleaned every few nights. They provide 4 Nespresso capsules at the start but if you want more you have to pay. Only complaint is that there is some wear and tear already eg stains on sofa, loose door handles.

Great experience. Very friendly and helpful staff, that showed us where to go in Porto to get the best value,since we were there only for 3 days. Room quality was excellent - clean and well equipped. Location was 10 minutes walk from riviera with all the shops and the bridge. Overall I would highly recommend this stay to everyone, especially family with kids or group of 4 friends.

Excellent location, responsive service and great home base for our four days in Porto. Had a minor lighting malfunction on arrival but they responded promptly to fix it. The service/concierge was excellent, and the coffee provided was a nice bonus too. Easily would recommend to anyone going to Porto.

Amazing place! We were in apartment 3.2. It is PERFECT, very clean, cozy and quiet. The view from the bedroom is great! Felt like home for 3 days :) Muito obrigada! We will be back and recommend to friends and family for sure!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
