This Hotel is absolutely wonderful. Our host Joana was absolutely brilliant - really welcoming and helpful. She spent time recommending places we should see and marking them on a map - she also recommended restaurants etc that are not situated in traditionally touristy areas. She was really really friendly and could not have done more for us during our stay. Our room was absolutely beautiful, really clean, spacious, with great decor, everything we needed and THE most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Breakfast was lovely - a simple, well presented continental breakfast - just what we needed to start our day! Location is great- and it is easy to navigate from/to. A short walk to all the sights of the city. I would highly recommend this hotel in Porto - staying here enhanced our trip!

Great Hotel with large spacy rooms, and well situated in Porto. The breakfast was extraordinary and the personel was really nice and helfpul. We lost something in the room which was sent by mail to our next hotel during our trip - thank you very much for this service :) I definitely recommend this hotel!

We loved everything about this place. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, excellent location. Breakfast is made with love and looks so pretty. Above all Roberta is the best. She will make you feel at home. Give all the tips you need to get the best out of your stay in Porto. We can't wait to go back.

We had a great stay at A Bela Aurora. It is excellently located - close to downtown at the top of the hill but not right in the middle of everything to reduce noise. The restaurants around there are great (and cheap for excellent food!) and it felt more like where a lot of the locals go out. The service was great. The room was kept clean every day. The breakfast is great and you can eat it in a lovely garden. There are two types of rooms: garden facing and city facing. We had a city facing room and it can be a bit noisy with mopeds and the bin men outside on the street, though I am a very light sleeper and I got used to and slept through after the first night. The whirring of the aircon can also help! I would definitely recommend, especially the garden facing rooms.

The location is just perfect, the hotel is in the heart of the coolest neighborhood in Porto, a bit like the SoHo in New York. The place itself is beautiful and feel like the owners built it with a lot of love. in addition there is an amazing garden for those who need a little quiet during the day. The service is great, feeling warm and pleasant, the staff are charming! always available, lovely people. Strongly recommends!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
