comfortable and lots of space. some road works and construction just down the road so expect slight congestion to and fro airport. also note if you have a lot or very heavy luggage, there’s no lift in the apartment, so make sure your party is abled(:

Wonderful location. The loft rom was not very dark at night because of the street lights. If you are light-sensitive, it could be tough.

I just stayed three nights at this hotel. Although the location is fantastic at the base of the cathedral is is one of the highest points in Porto so no matter where you go you will have to walk up or take Uber. Minutes from San Bento metro and train station but if you walk from the metro and use gps you WILL get lost as it took me over an hour to find the front door due to google map making me go in circles. That was the most frustrating part and I would suggest that the hotel send a pdf guide for direction. The building has been renovated and looks brand new and the apartment was spacious, new, simply decorated and had all the amenities that I needed to make my stay very comfortable. Five star hotels won’t give you a nice room, kitchen and bathroom like this but remember there are no lobby or amenities that I know of. I was greeted by clerk after I rang the bell but that was a little scary as it took some time and I was like am I stuck here after an exhaustive walk From metro. Even though I was in the second floor you have to walk a lot of stairs so I do t recommend this hotel for older folks or people who have difficulty walking two long flights of stairs. Overall I would stay based on the price I received but I’d price goes up as they mature then I would not due to hill and no view. Ac worked great, tons of water pressure and bathroom was really nice. I didn’t use kitchen and used the microwave once to heat a leftover. I wish the owners luck and I enjoyed my stay.

Perfect spot in Porto to stay. Steps from Ponte Luis 1, and Gaia for port tasting. Apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Showers hot, towels soft. Small quibbles is clothes storage, no bureau only a closet and we wish there could be some hooks for coats near the door.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
