Met my son in Porto and stayed for two weeks. The building was a little difficult to find because there is no signage indicating the business name and the address was above the large doors on the building . Was greeted by Diego and Raquel who were the best . They were very attentive and very willing assist with anything , very professional. Perfect location, all of the sights were within walking distant . The cleaning service at the apartments were second to none and kept the place nice and clean . In addition they gave us a cake for the holidays and left us a bottle of champagne for the new year. Definitely will stay again.

The personnel is so nice, welcomed us gave us all useful instructions. The apartments are so big. You feel like home, very clean, all necesare utilities. You have 2 breakfast options to choose from and is a blend of tasty, fresh healthy and carbs for a nice start of the day. The rooms are sound proof , we didn't hear any noise. Highly recommend. Location is also perfect 🥰

First night out of four. And what nice room for this price. 75 euro per night and you get a room of at least 85 m2. And the room has everything. A big kitchen, a micromave, a living room, washing machine, etc. I recommend this place

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
