We are having a great stay here and really recommend it. Its clean, the shower is amazing. The kitchen is well-equipped and the towels are big and fluffy. It's location is excellent with bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The only downside is the seagulls can be noisy at night and if you stay on the top floor, it is 4 flights of stairs to the top. Keeps you fit though! Thank you

Great place to stay in Porto, walking distance to downtown center. We stayed in Studio with balcony, spacious place, amenities provided were really good with Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, air-conditioning. Well maintained and very clean suite. Would definitely recommend this place.

Rented an apartment there while in Porto, Portugal and it was very cozy and felt like a suite of a hotel. Nice, comfortable bed, bathroom was nice, small kitchen if needed. The location is sandwiched in between restaurants on the street level (all of which are really good) Accessing it is very easy, also close to transportation to many attractions. Really enjoyed staying here.

Great stay here! Clean, spacious, and beautiful apartment in a prime location in Porto. Diego and Tatiana were very helpful and accommodating. For example, on our arrival, Diego had a prepared map highlighting exciting attractions and restaurants. They allowed us to keep our bags for many hours after check-out while we continued to explore Porto. Highly recommend.

Awesome apartment studio. You are basically in the center of the city with all the major sights to see. You are about 5-10 min walk from Trindade station that is the main station for any connection. Very clean, wifi.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
