Our experience at the Opus Vancouver was tainted at checkout. At check-in, Brendon greeted us with an extravagant manner and was hospitable in answering any questions we had. However, when perusing the bill at checkout, my bill included extra charges which would have been on my credit card statement if I had not drawn attention to them. In addition, the total charged was different than my printout of the reservation. I was told that the difference in price was due to the changing exchange rate. My other two hotel reservations, one night stay before the Opus and one night stay after the Opus, were unchanged in their original charges. My amount of money is not the issue. It is the integrity of the business transaction that gave me misgiving. Finally, we had to return to the hotel when it occurred to me that I should check the items Brendon packed in our car. Our cooler was missing, and he had placed our refrigerated items loosely in the back of the car. When we returned to the hotel (on the way to catch the ferry), Brendon met me with a blank look and vehemently insisted that a cooler was not in the hotel's storage area. I insisted on taking a look and immediately found the cooler. I had to extricate myself from further conversation with the manager who was interested in telling me the story of the changing exchange rate. We regretted the handsome tip we gave to Brendon. Once we checked out, the customer service checked out too. It's the small things...

Had to spend a couple nights here for work, and it's a great stay. Rooms are in excellent condition, lots of mini features. Washrooms with heated tiles is super nice. Good products to use - always an added bonus! A glass of bubbles on check in such a delight. Location for trainstation and Yaletown cannot be beat, it's the best place to stay within the neighbourhood. As well, the restaurant on site does cocktails well, and I often will visit the restaurant for a meal/happy hour.

Fantastic experience! Stayed at The Opus this week for 3 nights. Graciously greeted by Brendan who quickly checked us in and gave us each a lovely glass of rose upon arrival. The room, overlooking the courtyard, was quiet and immaculately clean with the most comfortable bed and pillows, and a large bathroom. Great location, close to excellent restaurants, the Skytrain, and the sea wall. Breakfast at the hotel was fast and delicious.The staff was extremely helpful and kind. A little gem of a hotel in the heart of Yaletown.

Amazing staff (shout out to the, and I’m so sorry I forgot your name but from December 1-December 2 he recommended all the best places to eat - he is the valet person). Clean place, great location. The only issue is every night our card and the app would not let us in our room. It worked to get up the airplane but that was it. So every night we’d have to go back down and re activate our cards.

Our first stay here and it was fantastic. It is right across from the Canada line which takes you direct to the airport, the staff were amazing, and we used the loaner bicycles to ride to Stanley Park. Tons to do around there or just hang out in the room if it's raining. (It's Vancouver so it might rain, just saying). Highly recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
