We had an amazing stay at Education Home! The rooms were clean and the view was amazing! The host Alex was very accommodating as we were a big group! They rush for us the check in! He also ensured we had extra towels since we were using the pool! Very contactable and always ready to answer any questions! The group of 11 of us really had a great time! Thank you once again for this amazing stay! Will definitely come back! ❤️👌

We booked two apartments at Opus Residence in September with different hosts, where we had a very terrible experience, the apartment where we stayed at was totally different from what they listed. The apartments were unacceptable (stained bedsheets & kitchen counters and hidden costs) so we booked from Eucation for the rest of our vacation (5 days). Kitson was extremely helpful and attended to all our needs, the apartment are cleaned and comfortable which made us feel right at home. Although Eucation's apartments were slightly pricier it's obvious that which is the better choice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had an amazing vacation here! The host Alex is amazing, he is kind to help us arrange everything! The house is really comfortable and big. Also the view is fantastic! Next time I still choose here to stay! We are all satisfied and highly recommended!

The host was so efficient with replies and so helpful. My family booked 2 units and the host was so nice and kind to put us on the same floor. The room was clean and comfortable. The view was AMAZING! Overall 9/10 would recommend this place other than the traffic during 6pm. The experience was beyond my expectations.

It was a very nice and comfortable stay. My family really enjoy our 'home' away from home. Amazing view, modern furnishings, clean and well maintained. Our host Alex was very helpful and friendly in all the communications. Thank you for the wonderful experience! Highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
