Nice hotel breakfast was good staff are friendly very close to the center of fira. Lovely interior and exterior various pools everywhere. They accommodate to almost all needs there is handicap accessibility for most rooms The rooms on the pool are a but too loud specially in the mornings but other than that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for others!!!

Stunning hotel, staff were amazing too. Location is great just a few minutes walk into the town however the road is very busy and can be quite noisy. There were always sunbeds available around the pool areas but my only gripe is there is no entertainment and nothing to do there which was really disappointing. We were half board and the food was beautiful, didn’t like the butter so the staff would bring me fresh from their fridge and couldn’t do enough for you. We would order lunch daily to our sunbeds which we would pay for and we shared 2 dishes between 4 of us which was plenty. We had 2 double superior rooms and they were both lovely although a little disappointed as had previously emailed requesting rooms next to each other due to us being with our 2 daughters (14 & 18) but as the hotel was full they had told us it wasn’t possible. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to relax and fully recharge your batteries.

Orama Resort in Santorini is beautiful and I cannot recommend it enough! The hotel is absolutely new with modern decor and three stunning pools. The restaurant was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to recommend things to do and places to visit. They were also very helpful in assisting with transport. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds and all the amenities you could need. The service was amazing and I felt incredibly well taken care of throughout my stay. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my stay at Orama Resort and will definitely be back!

This was a gorgeous highend hotel. Perfect location, 5 mins walk from Fira. It was very clean, modern, and felt brand new. The hotel literally smelled of fresh fabric softener! There are three beautiful pools which have comfortable sunbeds. The breakfast buffet was in my opinion perfect. It included a variety of breads, fruits, yogurt, eggs (three ways) bacon, sausage along with coffee and juice. The service was also impeccable especially Marina, the front desk receptionist, who was such a sweetheart. I absolutely loved this hotel!

I would stay here multiple more times if I could. This resort is a 7 minute walk into the “busy area” of Fira. It’s not far, and it’s not a strenuous walk at all. It is just far enough to make you feel as if you’re in an oasis. It is immaculately clean. My partner walked around the property barefoot and the bottoms of his feet were spotless. The hotel upgraded us to a pool view suite, and I couldn’t have been more happier. Step outside and we’re at one of the 3 pools. The property is beautiful and fairly large. It felt absolutely relaxing and peaceful. The restaurant at the hotel was amazing. We had dinner the first night and lunch another night. The pork gyros were the best I had on the island. The staff was always friendly and attentive. The hotel booked us taxis for pickup and drop off to the airport and they were so reasonable. They also booked us a boat trip, which ended up being our favourite part of our time in Santorini. I visited the spa at the hotel, and it was lovely. It is relatively pricey, but still less than what you would pay in US/CAN. The resort is just across the street from a caldera view, which you can cross and get a great sunset view. Getting to Oia from the hotel is a trek, and taxis are harder to get than any other city I’ve been to. So book a car from the hotel and save yourself the headache. Highly recommend this resort! Truly a 5-star experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
