Hi everyone, We booked this hotel with a two week stay . When we arrived at the hotel , the guy who was working there told us that the rooms are without windows rooms . I got in to check the rooms . The situation was so 😞 bad hotel situation, corridor, cleaning, everything was smiling, no air condition, no safe box , nothing . The pictures that they put in booking are fake and manipulated. This hotel shouldn't get any rate and may be less than Zero. The worst night I had in my life . Be aware that this hotel is really not good.

I book this hotel for 3 nights base the rate , but when i arrive i suprise the room is without window and air conditioner has technical issue that mean no air in this room when i speak with reception they said the issue was in one week so accept the situation and refuse give another room than so i sleep another hotel cuz that in the middle of the night there is no place to stay such as coffee So i book another hotel when i came back in the morning they refuse give money back just for 2 night , The internet connection is too poor The stuff is helpless. Also there is noise music very loud and i listen every thing in next my room

Very kind staff in hotel. The room was big.. Free wifi, and it worked perfect.Location of the hotel is perfect, near metro... We came by our car, and there is parking for 5eur per day.. We would like to come again.🙂

It’s under renovation or modification. There is no restaurant in the hotel. You can’t pay with credit cards though they say you can pay with them on the phone. The reception doesn’t know how to issue a receipt. The hair dryer is broken. The door of the bathroom is broken and you can’t close it. The remote control of the air conditioner doesn’t have battery. The manager is not a sympathetic person.

We recently stayed in the hotel. The stuff were really helpful and kind. I will definetly stay there again in my next visit to the city. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I also recommend the SPA.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
