Nice beach resort with a pool. Location is very good and the beach is right in front of the property. Most if the staff is friendly. We spent 5 nights at a 2bed bungalow by the pool.

We stayed 4 days and 3 nights here. The location is very nice with a walking distance to the main road and they have their own beach. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always time for a "good morning" and "how are you?". The morning buffet isn't the best and could be improved with some more dishes and some fans, to make it more comfortable. Our room was located at the fare end of the beach, close to the main gate. If you have booked one of these rooms, prepare mosquito repellent spray! On our last day we decided to try the restaurant at the beach. The view is magnificent. But the food may be some of the worst you can get in Phu Quoc, even Vietnam. When confronted the manager, she argued and said "that how we do it here." We ordered calamari, spring rolls and seafood spaghetti. Don't get fooled, the images on the menu are from the Internet. So overall a very nice experience at Orange Resort, we will return here next time we visit PQ, but we will never order food from the restaurant again. Location: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rooms: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ F&B: 😅 I would give it an overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, but the restaurant and the manager really hurt the business.

5 nights here to finish off our tour of Vietnam. What a great resort. Location and service were excellent and the staff were just so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was great. The pool was terrific and having a beachfront bungalow was a lovely way to finish a great holiday. Thanks Orange Resort.

This place is a scam and works on inhumane policy. We reserved the room and cancelled 5 days in advance due to sickness of a close family members. We contacted them immediately to cancel the reservation, but they were consistent on keeping the money to themselves without any kind of compassion. These are tough times for us, yet we were treated like this (no clear answer, no refund of any kind, even the reservation fee receipt which we asked for insurance was hidden/not given). Be aware that when you book this place, you're dealing with a business-oriented, inhuman place and sketchy policy. Do not believe in the policy they claim, eventually they will mend it in such a way that you lose your money to them. Stay away from this place!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
