The room and facilities are clean and almost new. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast was generous with a good selection. However, the lights in the room are inadequate. Only the bath and sink area are well lit. The bedroom has only three lamps with weak bulbs, and it felt gloomy. When I got a shirt form my suitcase, I couldn't tell what color it was without taking it into the bath area. I know they want to save on their electric bill, but now that bright low-power-consumption LCD bulbs are the norm, there is no reason for a room to feel like a cave at night.

This hotel looks nice, gives the impression of being welcoming BUT- red headed front desk and lady will cancel your room if you don’t arrive before midnight, will argue with you about the $100 incidentals charge and other info not being shown on booking app. The shower and bathroom floor had a lot of pubic and regular hair in it, the room door was super heavy took a lot of effort to open it. The bathroom shower door is off the tracks so it was hard to operate. The sandwich from the grab and go was dry and hard I tossed it out - it’s definitely not worth $8.50. Wanted to speak to a manager at check out of Course none was there today! Check out desk person had an attitude.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were beyond clean and inviting. The lobby was very nice and my kids enjoyed the pool very much. Beds were comfortable and staff was always quick to say hello. Best part was the amazing breakfast in the morning, along with the free Starbucks coffee! We will definitely stay here again. The location felt very safe as well!

I've stayed here twice the night before an early flight. I've used the ParkFlySleep program. Shuttle, parking and hotel in one low price. The rooms have been very clean and nice both times. Prices are good. The service has been incredible from the front counter to the shuttle driver Ben. He is great. This is why I'm going to stick with this place to stay the night before an early flight. I recommend them of course!

If you need something close to the airport this is a good spot. Front desk is very kind and polite and the rooms are good. The king suite also has a kitchen, which would be fantastic if it wasn't for the lack of a dishwasher or large kitchen trash bin. Other than that it was a good stay!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
