Stayed here for 3 nights. The room is clean and quite spacious. The remote control is quite tricky to use if you want to watch the tv. Room service is very good and all the staff are helpful and friendly. It is nearby a bus station and is across the road from a few mini-markets. So, definitely not an issue to buy snacks, toiletries or any essential items.

I stayed for 5 nights after my long trip from abroad. This is my second time stay here. I arrived late ( almost midnight). The check-in & check-out were hassle - free . Overall, the average bedroom size is good . Wifi,Mini bar, Television . Staffs are cooperative and service is good too . Unfortunately, In the first night and weekend , I couldn't sleep until 3/4 a.m because of the noise. Which was impossible to do, due to the fact that there was a bars/lounge?? ( I didn't know exactly where) close by playing loud music . It was very audible in our room on the 7th floor. The breakfast was good & tasty with a lot of variety available in the Ritz Cafe especially the local dishes . I also liked the coffee shop in the terrace in front of the lobby . Parking area is nice .Overall it was a great stay.

Good vibe for national meetings. Large capacity. The facility is okay. But the prayer room is little bit small and remote from ball room. The room fulfill the standard. One that so annoying is the remote control for entertainment. It's hard to control the cursor with remote.

All rooms are smoking rooms so there is a nicotine/tobacco smell. This is common in Jakarta but not well indicated in the hotel information. Guest service offered a filtering or cleaning service to get rid of the smell, but I don't think it really worked. Location is good if you have business in the area, otherwise it's not that close to many things.

Stayed with Grand Orchardz for 5 days. We had 6 rooms. The buffet spread in the morning was good. There were changes to the daily menu. The rooms were clean and spacious. Recommend

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
