Staffs Friendly, can speak English well. Rooms Big space, can fit 5 people, have 2 Queen size bed and 1 tatami. Have wet and dry bathrooms separated Have small kitchen with microwave, stove, cooking utensils, cutlery provided. Room cleaning service They provide 1 free cleaning service. Other Have washing machine but need to pay additionally. Few minutes walk to a supermarket nearby and to train station. They will collect additional fees as a tax from tourist for cleaning the public toilets and etc.

I loved our stay here! It is a small and cozy hotel with a convenient location in Kyoto. There are several nice restaurants and coffee shops at a walking distance. The check-in and checkout systems are very simple, the place is IMO beautiful and I found the room and the private bathroom to be comfortable and super clean. Little extras that brought value to my experience: The staff was always nice and recommended beautiful and not-so-crowded spots to enjoy the Sakuras; the hotel has an area where you can leave your suitcases for a few hours of tourism after your check-out and they also have 2 coin laundry machines available for guests. I highly recommend it.

We stayed for 3 nights and very satisfied with this hotel. The room facilities are top notch (we stayed at several hotel before and this one the most complete one). Eventhough its around residence area, but the bus stop near hotel (bus no.12) can reach many famous places. The employee was very accomodating too :). we think what we got compare to the price is very very worth it. If we can go to kyoto again, we surely will stay at this hotel again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
