We stayed 22-24 June 2023. Rooms were dirty, bed sheets were dirty, entire hotel was smelling food. I strongly do not recomend this hotel, as it will ruin your days in Georgia. Hotel explained this, it is because they have agreement with company who accomodate students.

It was amazing stay there, the whole staff was supportive, the management as well. Location is awesome, best from balcony, budget friendly hotel, would stay in same hotel if get chance to stay again and would strongly recommend to my fellows as well. Special thanks to Anastasia (Manager) she helped a lot, because of her, we didn't realized that we are new to this city.

Excellent location, everything is on door step. Metro, liberty square, believe me if you have Google map and internet(magti 7 days unlimited), from this hotel you can explore tbilisi on foot. Good breakfast and the staff behavior is excellent.

Lovely hotel with spacious clean rooms, close to Sameba, the view from my room was amazing, the staff did everything to accommodate and assist us during our stay. I have to highlight the delicious homelike breakfast that we enjoyed every morning before heading to explore the city.

Got a room on the 3rd floor with broken air condition. There was a complimentary water, however, it was opend. The room is not very clean, there was a used sock in the room. At check out I got charge 20 gel for broken key'a tag, which it almost broke when i received at check inn.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
