So we needed a cheap place to stay for the night because we had a flight out the next morning. We booked a private room through HostelWorld for $3. We were surprised at the price but never had previous problems. The staff had trouble checking us in but let us go to our room anyway. At check-out the next morning the price of the room was now $12. The staff claimed to have no booking through HostelWorld. We reviewed our documentation and the staff was very kind in working with us to resolve the issue, the assistant manager spoke perfect English so that was very helpful. They gave us 20% off of their cheapest room, so we paid $10. They also gave us a ride to the airport free of charge. We agreed that both parties share documentation and contact HostelWorld to resolve the issue. Aside from the money issue the staff was extremely helpful, the rooms were very clean and quiet. I would stay here again and pay what ever price they wanted because the staff was so friendly, helpful and understanding about the situation. Nd is the assistant manager! Great guy!

It pay 354,000 dong , I got too small rooms and dirty , I want to know how can l sleep ? The reception can’t speak English . Your telephone number can’t call , bye

Room was clean with beautiful view to the Asian Park. I was impressed with the stylish bar on the ground floor. Will definitely come back for my next trip.
