It's located in the old town and you will have to walk 10 minutes to the closest metro station or tram station. It is a quiet part of the town, but it has a lot of restaurants around. The hotel has an elevator and it works great. The rooms have an A/C unit, but no heat. The rooms were clean, but one of our rooms had a bad setup in the bathroom: in order to get to the toilet you have to pass the shower, as a result of this design - wet floor all around the bathroom. They clean the room if you leave the sign on the door to clean it. The staff was always nice and helpful and the buffet breakfast was included.

The bathrooms were super uncomfortable and small. We asked for a terrace but there was none. It's kinda expensive for what they offer. The breakfast was really nice though. At night you could hear noises from upstairs and the hallways

This is not a 4 star hotel. It is a 2 star hotel. Standard double rooms are so small, you absolutely cannot open a suitcase. We end up paying additional to switch into a bigger room. And this upgrade had to be done with much negotiations. Location is somewhat sketchy as well. You won’t feel safe with kids. Breakfast was good. Temperature control in room difficult. Staff were friendly and did their best to accommodate with what they had.

Hands down, one of the best hotel I've visited . The 5 day stay was great. It had internet, hot water and 24/7 room service. Its good if you want a comfortable stay . Was also pretty close to taksim as well as the tram and metro stations

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
