We stayed here for a week during NYE and was very happy with our stay. From our check in to check out experience the staff was very helpful and attentive. Our bed was very comfortable, room was very clean and mini fridge was well stocked. Breakfast was great full of delicious fruit, pastries, and hot food variety. The location itself can’t be beat. I enjoyed the rooftop as well with amazing views of the Copacabana beach. Thanks for welcoming us and hope to come back soon.

This hotel is at a great location on the border of Ipanema and Copacabana. They were willing to accommodate me despite being hours early for check-in. They have an absolutely wonderful breakfast. The upstairs pool area, while small, is beautiful. The room itself (deluxe w/ queen bed) was simple but clean and comfortable. Everything was wonderful about my stay at this hotel.

Good location - almost at the end of Copacabana beach, Ipanema is close. Some restaurants nearby, beach bars with life music within 10 min walking distance. Service - receptionists speak good English! They have some problem the room cards, if 2 are working, one is not, all the time, for example. Food - good variety for breakfast, eggs, kirsch, fruits. Facilities - amazing view of Copacabana from the rooftop terrace. The terrace is not big, the pool is really tiny, small fitness also is available. Rooms - unfortunately our room was small for 3 people and overlooking the back side of the building with all air-conditions being too noisy at night. Overall good experience and I would come again if I need to be in the area

Location is what makes this place great, nice rooftop pool with excellent views of Copa. The hotel staff are nice and welcoming. The breakfast was mediocre - the eggs were too runny and the space seems a bit small and cramped. Now, my biggest issue is that I paid extra for ocean view of Copa beach, but my view was BLOCKED by a tree!! It was very disappointing because it was my birthday and around Christmas and was very expensive for the room!! Also, I had a lot of friends who joined me for my birthday trip, and I couldn't even have them in my room to help me celebrate. The hotel is very strict - so that was a bummer. So, room views weren't great even if you paid top money, breakfast was not the best, crammed, and you can't have friends to help you celebrate a special occasion.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
