        We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights. Customer service was very good. The apartment was small but very cute. It had a kitchen with everything you needed, a bathroom with a shower and a large bed with a TV in front of it. It also had a small balcony. Recommended for short stays in Porto.

        Very good apartment, except for a leak from the bathroom on the first floor to the one on the ground floor. We couldn't use that bathroom out of deference so as not to increase the leak, which left us with 1 bathroom for 7. Removing that, the apartment was very good: comfortable beds, clean and remodeled house. The only thing to keep in mind: that it is a 3rd floor without an elevator.

        Experience to forget. The apartment is full of leaks and damages. They promised us a refund that never arrived and on top of that they blamed us for having a supposed party when there are photos that show that we were away from home…. Anyway, if you have this apartment in mind, do yourself a favor and go to another one to enjoy a city as beautiful and grateful as Porto!!

        Very good apartment, except for a leak from the bathroom on the first floor to the one on the ground floor.         A real shame. Apartment full of leaks in the rooms and breakdowns in the bathrooms. Disastrous customer treatment by the accommodation. Recommendation 0.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
