The hotel has a great location. Near to Shin-Osaka Station. However there are major things they MUST change to make it a great place to stay. 1. Rooms are very outdated and the first impression once you enter is the strong smell to cigarette. 2. Language barrier: How it is possible that employees don't speak a second language? Not even English. Personnel at front desk were not even able to explain me the process of the Check in, how to find a near place to eat or how to get public transportation? If this Corona hotel sells itself as a place for conferences, business, meetings, etc... How it is possible that NO BODY (employees) at this place is able to communicate with their clients properly?

There's a church called Life church at this hotel. If you're on holiday and live near Shin Osaka station, feel free to visit the church. The service starts at 10:30.

Great place for big groups of people and also conventions! Life Church has been happy using here for meeting on Sundays for two years! The staff are wonderful and the service is great! 🤗

Rooms stunk of cigarette smoke even though we booked a non-smoking room. The air freshener provided was even worse. Toilet leaked and the water was soaked up by your pants. Convenience store is more than 300m away. Every 2 mins a bullet train zooms by the window. Some rooms don’t have fly screens. Vending machines offered a very poor selection. Bathrooms were small. Rooms were old. Lobby smelt of smoke and main vending machines were placed in a smoking room. Staff are polite and helpful. The lobby halls are decorated with pigs. Says it’s right next to the station but you have to walk right round the hotel to get to it. Pictures on the website are deceiving as the windows show a view of train tracks. Very poor hotel.
