We stayed at Oscar Beachfront Suites for 5 nights in August. The room was even better than the photos, the location on the beachfront was great and the outdoor space was perfect! But what made our stay extra special was the service. The team made us feel like family. We hope to stay there again next year!

My family and I have stayed at Oscar beachfronts for 5 days. Mara and Vaios ensured that we had the perfect stay. They were extremely hospitable, which made it feel like we weren’t staying in a hotel but rather in our own peaceful home. I have yet to meet hosts as kind as them. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We are definitely going back.

We had booked Oscar Beachfront Suites for our vacation for 5 days. Everything worked very well. The apartment was completely new and stylishly done. The location was excellent! Many restaurants next door and the beach about 20 meters away. Our own heated pool was lovely. The absolute best was the really friendly and kind host couple who took care of everything possible and made us feel welcome. We warmly recommend this destination if you are going to Santorini.

We stayed 6 days and 5 nights at the Oscar Beachfront Suites—words can't describe how incredible the property is. Friendly staff, extremely kind and gracious owners, beautiful views, and incredible food and shopping in walking distance. Homemade Greek breakfast every morning that can rival any of the resorts in the area—a lot of dishes were better too because they were locally sourced that day. Mara, the co-owner, greeted us on arrival and made sure every need of ours was taken care of, including excursions (the catamaran tour is SO amazing)! Suite itself is well cared for and housekeeping comes every day. Pool was heated and they had all the soaps and toiletries you could need. If you're looking for panoramic views of the beautiful Black Sand beach and a quiet, relaxing area with top-notch restaurants in walking distance, the Oscar Beachfront property is the #1 choice. We already want to go back next year!

What can I say... Wonderful stay! We had a really good time and Mara is a wonderful host. We stayed in the Apocalypse room and I have to say it was truly STUNNING! The pool is not too small and you can splash around in it without any problems. The direct access to the sea is really convenient and beautiful to look at. The breakfast is excellent and is served in your room every morning. The only thing I would do is add plants that act as a divider between the suites and also towards the outside, in order to make the garden as private as possible for those, like us, who intend to make the most of it to relax all day after a tour of the Cyclades 😊 As for the location, I can't say much about the beaches because we (unfortunately) stayed there for a short time and didn't go around during the day. It is about 30 minutes from Oia and 15 minutes from Pyrgos. Everything is possible but you absolutely need to have a car. It is full of rooms surrounding the suites. Super recommended!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
