        I went to Phnom Penh with my family on 17th Nov 2023 for couple days and stay in Ostro Hotel in family room. It was excellent, supper clean and decorations. Great location just easy to walk around the Riverside and Royal Palace. Delicious food on restaurant ground floor 130 Gastro Bistro . Higher recommended.

        From the moment I stepped into reception of Ostro Hotel, I was greeted with an atmosphere of warmth. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, anticipating my needs before I even voiced them. especially the Ostro Hotel is middle of nightlife area and near river side and restaurant downstair. It is truly for me to stay a long time in order to join Water Festival.

        Finally i can find hotel that i need safety place , big room, and clean especially i can enjoy food at the ground floor, it's very nice to stay here , i will be back to stay here again . Best

        Friendly staff and comfortable Place for Me. Especially I like superior room with balcony it's so freshening and joyful with nightlife street at outside and delicious breakfast and lunch at downstairs.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
