‼️‼️‼️A lot of guests gets lost because the cab drivers doesn’t know or some doesn’t wanna tell you so they can make extra miles/money. The taxi doesn’t come to hotel, You need to call hotel and ask for drop off location and then they will pick you up in the golf cart. We were driving for 40 minutes trying to get to the hotel but the roads here are closed for traffic I saw many more going through the same experience. So call before so you don’t get lost. Happy traveling :)

Excellent hotel, great location right next to Ayasofia, staff very friendly and always willing to help and provide assistance. We had no issues at all whilst our stay, we had 3 rooms booked for 6 nights. Rooms were a little small but just right for us. Restaurant was Michelin starred, excellent food. Breakfast items were a little limited. If I was to visit Istanbul again I would book this hotel. The concierge and staff were excellent. Deserves the 5 stars

Staff are phenomenal (polite, helpful), hotel is very clean and in the middle of tourism area. They serve intercontinental breakfast but I wish they served Turkish one as we already eat intercontinental back home. Apparently their restaurant is very famous & highly rated but I didn’t know that.

We stayed for 3 days in this beautiful hotel. It is located next to Hagia Sophia, was very clean, food was great, staff was very helpful and always smiling. We are so happy for our stay and highly recommend it

Hotel was clean, staff were very helpful, rooms were nice, unfortunately the views from our hotel windows were nothing like as shown in website pictures. This Hotel is in very good location and in middle of all attractions.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
