Be careful with this hotel! Customers are being ripped off. On the day of departure I ordered a taxi in the lobby. But suddenly I had to take the taxi from the hotel. After I asked twice whether it would be more expensive, I was assured that it would be at the normal rate. Once we got in, everything turned out completely differently and we had to pay twice as much as what we would have paid for a normal taxi. It is a very big disappointment that you try to trick your own customers. You have definitely lost me as a customer forever.

hotel with an authentic flavour... elegant, clean, equipped with all comforts and services such as a magnificent gym and spa. Located in the center of the ancient city but what makes the difference is the uncommon kindness and professionalism of the staff. from the reception to the restaurant room for breakfast to the housekeeping staff. I love Istanbul and I have finally found my reference hotel. Donatella

All amenities needed are very close. The staff was very accommodating and treated guests very well. What a lovely hotel to stay in for my first time in turkey. Will definitely be going there again. Their food was also great, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. I would recommend this to muslim women again and again as it has a whole gym, spa and pool for ladies only which is available for use from 6:30am to 10:00pm. I loved it very much, even gave us a late check out free of charge and arranged transportation to the airport for us. 10/10 customer service fr.

The service was amazing, they are super nice and they have a secure system for the cars. They place was super clean and the wifi is very good. They include a pool, gym, sauna, hamam, ice bath and a steam room.

Hotel is nice - 5 stars for sauna, gym and coffee. The staff super friendly and helpful. Only one day we ordered dinner and the menu is completely wrong in the QR code - we ended up getting Burguer (it was average and overpriced). However, in general, deserve the review!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
