        Location is 50min walk from el jemma. Lots of local restaurants and cafes. Shopping centre nearby. Not licensed so no alcohol and you need to buy bottles water from hotel. £1.50 a litre. You cannot take your own. This is not unusual most hotels are the same. Staff are all lovely. Cleaner attentive. Some would say rooms need modernisation, I thought this added to the charm. Hotel per night is cheap so don't excpect 5* room, but they are clean and serviced daily. Restaurant menu is limited but food is nice. Pool are is shaded, which would be needed in the hot months. I went in January and could have sat by the pool but to cold to use.

        Location for me was perfect as it’s a 5 minute walk to the train station. The rooms as others have said just need a little bit more attention when cleaning, yes it’s an old building and rooms but clean rooms should be a standard. Everything from the sheets, the floor and the remote controls felt grimey. The bathroom had an odd strong smell when I arrived but alreast the shower was hot and good pressure. The breakfast was really basic, I just had the salad and wasn’t much on offer. I think I missed the bread rolls as shown in the pictures as there was no my bread on my visit. Service was really good, front of house friendly and I arrived really late at night and they still accommodated. I would stay again just need to focus more on cleaning the rooms and then would be perfect for the price.

        -The reception staff is rude and prejudice. -The room we got is sticky & dusty. -The sheets are covered with mysterious stains. -The bathroom is filthy and the water pipes are loud, sounding damaged. I told the reception and cleaning staff but attitude and ignorance were sent my way. Even after room service clean-up, the room was left shabby. The only reason we stayed for 3 days was to keep our stuff there safe while going on day-long excursions, tired and ready to sleep upon return. My actual check-out time would've been on a Saturday but me, my wife and my two kids just needed to escape this horrible place on a Wednesday night after noticing traces of skin irritation and pink eye. Bad wifi connection was also a major issue. We didn't even care about a refund. We just needed to escape. I hope to never experience something like that again. One good thing though: the orange juice for breakfast was fresh.

        Where should I start 1. Rooms - the one they show online is not what we got. We had to show the image of the room we booked to get the similar room. Rest of the stay in terms of the room is excellent. Every day room service was plus👍 2. Location is perfect, it’s 5 minutes walk to train station and if you like walking 15-20 minutes to main markaz, site seeking. Definitely a big plus 3. Breakfast... please don't order the room with breakfast. Save the money and go out I could guarantee you will find 100% better breakfast outside. 4. The most horrible breakfast or should I say the thing they offered and they called it breakfast. No fresh fruits, no eggs nothing basic you expect. 5. Please please.. do not try their tea and judge the moroccan tea. Believe me the real moroccan tea is most definitely better outside. 6. The front desk - I was really shocked, surprised and very much disappointed with their tone and attitude. Thank God I don't have to deal with them except my arrival

        I arrived around 12 pm and they said rooms are not available until 3 pm. When I showed that Agoda says that you can checkin from 1400 hrs still they said I have to wait until 1500 hrs. During this time I thought let's try the hammam and went for for an hour for 400 MAD. I was carrying all my luggage so took into the changing room and put all my valuables in a small locker provided. When room was allocated and I counted my cash I was missing 600 MAD from wallet. I was completely shocked and made a complaint with the hotel manager. He simply said that it is the different management and there is no control over them. Room was quite basic and not even maintained, they provided the blanket without any cover which unhygienic. Things were broken which I can't mentioned here. Breakfast was so basic that, you can get a good breakfast opposite the hotel 30 MAD. Never ever going to stay and stay alert....
