        There were two rooms with hot spring baths. They were small, but you were given access to a large public hot springs bathhouse once per day of stay. The room we were staying in was large and was Japanese style. There were five of us and we were able to sleep fine. There was a TV, Wifi, free tea, and a complimentary snack. Twas good.

        Nice homely ryokan with great traditional rooms. Dinner was great as well, very filling and satisfied afterwards. Only issue is that it's somewhat far from the station and main attractions and public transport was expensive. Also they were offered half price to use an outside onsen in another building but still somewhat exxy as previous reviews stated this was for free

        We accidentally booked the wrong Omiya Ryokan (we meant to book the Hakone one, but ended up booking the Zen Onsen one by mistake). We arrived in the evening and the couple running Omiya Ryokan were kind enough to spend a half hour on the phone, trying to find us lodging for the night out of the kindness of their hearts. While we're unable to comment on staying here, we can assure you the staff / owners will take great care of you.

        Superb host. You can hear the sound of river flow from your room. The air is so fresh. Better take a shuttle bus to get here from hakone-yumoto station. It is located near tourist information in front of the hakone-yumoto station

        Nice place to stay. Lovely and helpful people. 3 minutes from the bus stop. Easy for the lake and for the railway station. Huge and good breakfast

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
