Great location, great service, spacious room. We were on our honeymoon and receive a free upgrade! Would recommend taking a taxi to accommodation and it was quite a climb up stairways with heavy luggages. We were worried about clubbing noise on a Friday night but apart from some slight noise in the bathroom, the bedroom was absolutely quiet. Great value!

Excellent hotel in LKF, no frills and no broken promises. Just an excellent hotel in the middle or wheee you want to be. We had the all inclusive, so the minibar is free. Which is actually quite good! Housekeeping is excellent and the rooms are good. Very good value and location can not be better. Although you can hear the sounds from LKF, it’s actually quiet.

Great property in Great spot. Room size is really good for hong kong standard. Room is nice, spacious, brand new and clean. Breakfast is vegetarian but so delicious. We got complimentary happy hour daily so it a bonus. Bar staff really kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Edit: Echoing what another customer/reviewer mentioned. The noise level from this hotel as unbearable for *me* If you're a light to moderate sleeper, request a higher-floor or talk to the front-desk at checkin, they are very nice and accommodating. I was told it's not as bad in other rooms, but declined knowing myself after a ruff first night sleep. *I was on the 9th floor facing the Centrium Stariway. Here's the thing, there’s a bar nearby "Shots" that plays such horrible house music past the 5AM hour, even with ear plugs music can still be heard. The remainder of the bars in the area are closed at 2AM. But unfortunately this gutter of a bar is something obviously Ovolo can't control, and the staff did try to make things accommodating as they could. I booked another hotel at 4AM cause the noise on a Thursday, telling of what Friday and Saturday nights stay would bring, and checked out the following morning. I lost two nights of money as the manger wasn't willing to refund due to the noise being out of the hotels control. (See the followup) The front desk staff were nice and understanding, even aligned about the noise from the bar. The room themselves are also nice, with a lot of amenities which is why I booked it. It's a great location for Central as well. ---- Followup: Horace the hotel manger reached out personally and invited the feedback and conversation about the stay. In the end he aligned and processed the refund for the additional 2 nights after having a better understanding of my circumstance.

We stayed for 5 days and there were 3 nights with strong music vibrations because of the bars (not sure which) which lasted till past midnight. We could have asked for a change in room which might help if we have been given a higher floor.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
