room like very good condition , it was very clean, spacious with a great view too. Parking was easy. Immaculate and gorgeous facility (gym and pool). The pool has a gorgeous view, I can stay here all day. Walkable distance to shop lots and local eatery. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The meals were fairly decent. A pleasant stay, overall 😄

I had a great stay at the hotel apartment. The staff were friendly and polite especially Mr Rizqyuddin, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The cleanliness and tranquility of the space added to the overall positive experience. The outdoor pool was a delightful feature, and the spacious gym room exceeded my expectations. The breakfast offered a variety options with affordable prices, making it a well-rounded and enjoyable stay.

I love to stay at here. Housekeeping staff so nice to me when i asking how to go to lobby and they guide me as well. They are so friendly and make me feel comfortable to stay at here. The room is clean and spacious. Have a great view also.

During our stay at Swiss Garden Hotel, the room service team was really friendly and took good care of us. They made sure we had everything we needed, from shampoo to other daily stuff, making our stay easy and comfy. Having a washing machine with a drying function in our room was super handy, especially since we were staying for a while. We loved the warm swimming pool—it was a great place to relax. Treating ourselves to foot and massage services added a bit of luxury to our stay, and the big balcony became our go-to spot for enjoying the nice views. While our experience was mostly good, there were a couple of things that could be better. The shampoo they provided could be nicer, and it would be cool to have hair conditioner too. Having a hair dryer in the room would be useful. More breakfast options would be great to suit everyone's tastes. It'd be handy if they gave us laundry detergent for the in-room washing machine. And the WiFi in the bedroom could be stronger. Overall, our time at Swiss Garden Hotel was nice, with thoughtful touches and comfy stuff, but a few improvements could make it even better.

We were very well looked after at the hotel. Quick check in despite it being New Years Eve. Chefs on duty were very diligent in providing our daughter with severe allergies delicious and safe meals. Friendly and efficient service and very helpful. Basic rooms which are clean and spacious.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
