        Hotel is a 3* but should be classed as a 2* hotel. It is over priced for what you receive. It is an office block converted into a hotel, but it still needs a little work. The room smelled of cigarettes and also weed. You could smell it along the corridor on the way to the room as well. The bathroom in the hotel room didn't even have a lock. They said toiletries were provided when we booked, you only got hand soap and shower gel. There wasn't a shower cap, shampoo or conditioner. The sheets were dirty and had dirt stains along with the curtains. You could hear people as they walked past the room, and also hear TVs etc from the other rooms, so it isn't well sound proofed. When we arrived to check in, staff didn't exactly greet us with a smile or anything or welcomed us. Even upon checkout, no smile or anything. I would not book or stay at this hotel on my next visit.

        I needed a Hotel that was basic, clean and less expensive than many others. This answered those needs. There were a few issues. All the aspects of the hotel - Reception, Restaurant and rooms cities only be accessed by a flight of stairs. The Hotel had a lift to all floors, but rooms etc are in-between floors. I have mobility issues and this caused a few issues. The staff were nice. As a note, some of the finishing touches were not good. The chair in the room was not in a good state of repair. Also, there was some black mold. But with just a little extra effort, it would have been really clean.

        Breakfasts were excellent. Unfortunately the mattress in our room was worn out & needed replaced. When we sat on the bed we nearly went right down to the floor !

        Filthy. Couldn't even find the reception until someone appeared at the main desk in the filthy lobby for the multiple businesses. Wish I had read these reviews not Expedia. Just booked in and am likely to leave in a few minutes despite the limited refund possible on a multi night stay. Perhaps that's where they make their money because I doubt it's return business. Lifts are not to each floor so be prepared to carry cases down a flight of stairs. I could go on but need to head to reception.

        Hotel is a definitely a "stop over" hotel. Clean though. Building got evacuated at 3am and no staff were around to guide/assist which wasn't great as none of us knew if the alarm was real, if it was safe to go back in, etc
