        Bad...dirty room with no window. Flooding from the bathroom. Bad smells. They decided to do renovations which was noisy and dusty. Who in their right mind would do renovations in the holiday season and just leave the debris in the hallway?....as per photo. Had to keep asking for new towels or toilet paper etc as nothing ever provided properly. It's so simple but they kept making the mistakes. Not a healthy place at all. Communication issues with staff. Almost like talking in riddles. Never again

        A solo traveler for educated meeting. She made quick booking without review here. Waste money for this hotel. Honestly, let's change hotel. It was not so good for solo woman to stay place like this. Hotel number is failed to contacted. Reception is not Thai. Window can't lock, outside of a room (No 305) is connected with ladder. So anyone can claim up into your room so easy. Unclean bath room. Smell is not proper, She could not stay longer than 30 mins there.

        Like a haunted hotel......Got people banging on the walls and upstairs. And nightly got children running in the corridor. And people talking loudly outside the rooms . Lastly got lots of mosquito and ants and cockroaches. Bed is uncomfortable and smelly , lastly that lady boy receptionist is so rude. Not worth staying

        I won't be staying here again. Firstly I was given a smoking room which I did not request, and they did not ask me first. Secondly lots of things in the room were broken, towel rack, the fridge turns off when you leave the room so your food will be ruined, the toilet was hard to flush. There was two rude male staff members who were not helpful. The room is basic with no seat. The water pipes in the hotel make a loud high pitched sound through the night. The frigde is very loud, too loud to sleep. Location was good and aircon worked well. Price is still a bit high for this low quality accommodation, I am surprised OYO allowed this to operate under their brand.
