check in is inconvenience & slow, room are so dirty as you can see (no one cleaned up the toilet — had so many smells & broken flush) too many bugs & mosquitoes, i can hear people from other rooms talking. overall just not worth paying (capsule hotel is way cleaner & reasonable price + they have quite hours - bobobox)

Stay only for 1 night but got a lot of surprises. First there is no lift, only stairs. And got room in 4th flora cause the TV in 2nd room is broker, While 4th floor is basically same. 2nd, room is totaly different from the pict. Its dirty, scary and darker. The toilet is very bad, the shower suddenly on in 2:48 am. The worst hostel ever. You better find other hostel if you have money. Booking from agoda.

Worst hotel ever been. I live in Room 1H at ground floor. No Hot water. Old facilities and bathroom. The toilet keeps dripping water and dirty. Very easy to hear the outside noise. Far from street, bus station, train station and MRT Jakarta. Air conditioning is very weak, because it can only reach to 24’C no matter how low the remote is set. The worst things are bugs. Mosquitos always flies in the room. There are A Lot Of Fleas in the new blanket, and they bite my whole body. Makes my skin feel very ugly and itchy. I show to the staff, but they just apologize and give me a new blanket. No responsible for the customers. No way live in this place anymore. Really ruined my impression to Indonesia.

Spotted linen but smells fragrant, bathroom was so dirty, the shower didn't working.. and there's hair in the pillow 😂😂😂 and..... There's many of it...

Everything was so dirty. When i enter the hotel, it was dirty. When i enter the room, the blankets etc. was so dirty. They gave me the new one but still dirty. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone and this hotel needs to be close if they can't find any laundry that can clean perfectly the blankets etc.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
